Areas of Focus

My practice is grounded in a single throughline — helping clients connect with their authentic selves after periods of trauma, loss, overwhelm, transition, or disconnection have pulled them off center.

Relational Trauma

Relational Trauma is the kind of pain that comes from the people closest to us — not from a single event, but from relationships that were supposed to feel safe and instead left us hurt, doubting ourselves, or feeling like we had to disappear a little to be loved. It can come from how we were raised, a relationship that slowly wore us down, or losing someone we loved. However it happened, it shapes how we see ourselves and trust others — often long after the relationship itself is over.

Childhood Attachment Wounds

When the relationships you grew up with felt unpredictable or unsafe, it shapes how you see yourself and how you learn to connect with people later in life — often showing up as anxiety, distance, or trouble believing someone will really be there for you. I help you identify and shift negative beliefs about yourself, so that you can move forward with confidence and self trust.

Narcissistic Abuse

When a relationship has slowly eroded your sense of reality, trust, or self-worth, healing means more than just leaving — it means rebuilding your relationship with yourself. I help clients recognize these patterns, process the wounds they've left, and develop a more secure, grounded sense of self.

Divorce

Divorce doesn't just end a relationship — it can unravel your sense of identity, routine, and future. I help you process the loss, rebuild your footing, and start defining who you are on your own terms.

Grief

Losing someone you love changes the shape of your life, and there's no timeline for finding your footing again. I help you move through grief without rushing it — so you can carry it forward instead of carrying it alone.

Women’s Midlife Mental Health

Midlife can bring significant shifts to your identity and wellbeing. I help women navigate this season of Perimenopause, Menopause, role and identity shifts, with clarity and self-trust, so midlife becomes a chance to redefine yourself rather than just get through it.

The Mother Load

You're not just managing a household — you're carrying the invisible weight of everyone's needs, schedules, and emotions, often without anyone noticing how much you're holding. I help you name that load, set boundaries around it, and find space to care for yourself, not just everyone who depends on you

Anxiety

When your mind is constantly bracing for what's next, it's hard to feel settled anywhere — in your body, your relationships, or your own decisions. I help you understand what's driving your anxiety and build a genuine sense of calm and trust in yourself, rather than just managing symptoms.

My approach to working with clients:

You don't need someone to just listen and nod — you need to actually feel different. That is why I work integratively; incorporating talk therapy with Somatic, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches. Many of the things we carry — grief, trauma, relational wounds — live in the body, not just the mind. Somatic Approaches and EMDR help you process what talk therapy alone can't always reach, so healing happens on a deeper, more lasting level. As your nervous system learns it's safe again, you'll start rebuilding a relationship with yourself that finally feels steady, honest, and yours.

Work through trauma, grief, anxiety or transition at a pace that respects where you are

Rebuild trust in your own perception and instincts

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • your body wasn't stuck in fight or flight

  • you trusted yourself

  • you felt healed instead of just holding it together

  • you felt strong, not because the grief was gone, but because you weren't afraid of it anymore

  • you valued your own needs

    Let’s get you there.

Change is possible.
